Chocolaterie Hermes manufactures legendary chocolates since more than 30 years. Under the brandname "De Granvelle" the company supplies its delicacies to customers located in the Benelux, USA, UK, Scandinavia, France, Germany and the Far East.
From day one, Chocolaterie Hermes has focused strongly on the Quality issue.
At the current stage, Chocolaterie Hermes is working according to severe HACCP-specifications to deliver the best quality product to its customers.
In order to comply with these specifications, SPHINX-IT was selected to implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV extended with SPHINXtrace, an integrated business solution with full traceability and self-control functionality.
Responding to the growing interest concerning quality and traceability in many industries, SPHINX-IT has developed SPHINXtrace as a concept that enables distribution and/or manufacturing companies to accomplish the requirements set forward by the severest of quality and product safety standards (HACCP, BRC, IFS).
SPHINXtrace is an enhancement fully integrated within Dynamics NAV software, which allows tracking the history of each single supply, component and end-product through all stages of the production and logistics process. Simultaneously, all quality information can be recorded, resulting in comprehensive quality and safety files.
SPHINXtrace provides online integration with (wireless) scanning hardware, minimizing data input and maximizing data integrity.
